Shock as man exposed himself across Kent towns
Victims come forward after shocking indecent acts
Between 6 October and 17 November 2022, several victims reported being approached by a man in Maidstone, Gillingham, and Sittingbourne. The suspect allegedly committed multiple indecent exposures during this period.
Suspect nabbed and charged
On Friday 18 November, police arrested a man in Maidstone. Two days later, 19-year-old Liam Ford, who has no fixed address, was formally charged. His charges include seven counts of indecent exposure, one count of engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a child, outraging public decency, and assault.
Next court date set
Ford appeared before Medway Magistrates’ Court on 21 November. He was remanded and is due back at Maidstone Crown Court on 19 December for a full hearing.
