Teenager Convicted for Knife Attack
An 18-year-old has been convicted for stabbing a man during a botched robbery in Kew. Isaac Musoke, from Brentford, was found guilty of grievous bodily harm and attempted robbery at Kingston Crown Court on Tuesday, 22 June.
Victim Attacked While Walking to Car
Police were called just before 8am on Sunday, 20 January 2019, after a 57-year-old man was stabbed on Royal Parade, Kew. The victim was attacked while walking to his car during an attempted robbery.
Knife and DNA Evidence Seal the Case
- A knife stained with the victim’s blood was recovered at the scene.
- DNA on the weapon’s handle matched Musoke.
The victim was rushed to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries. South West Command Unit CID led the investigation.
Musoke Arrested and Charged
Musoke was arrested on 9 July 2020 and charged with grievous bodily harm and attempted robbery.
