Three Charged After Southampton Stabbing Drama

A man in his 20s was stabbed during a violent attack on Laburnum Road last Thursday, 26 October. He was rushed to hospital but has since been released.

Suspects Named and Charged

Police swooped and have charged three suspects in connection with the stabbing. Asma Mokhtar, 45, of Bluebell Road, Southampton, faces attempted murder and grievous bodily harm with intent charges.

Two teenage boys, aged 17 and 15, also from Southampton, are charged with the same serious offences.

Court Appearances and Bail Details

All three appeared at Southampton Magistrates Court on 4 November. Mokhtar was remanded in custody, while both teens were released on conditional court bail.

They are set to face Southampton Crown Court on Friday, 17 November.

The investigation is ongoing. Police urge anyone with information, who hasn’t yet spoken to them, to get in touch.
