Grantham Boy Bitten by Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross

Police are hunting for witnesses after a dog attack left a teenage boy injured in Grantham. The incident happened around 4.30pm on Saturday, June 1, near Tamar Court by Clyde Court.

Dog Attack Details and Victim’s Condition

The dog involved was a Staffordshire Bull Terrier cross, reportedly being walked by a young family member when it attacked the boy. The victim was rushed to hospital with injuries that, thankfully, are not life-threatening and is currently receiving treatment.

Two Men Arrested, Dog Seized

Two males, aged 14 and 32, were arrested on suspicion of having a dog dangerously out of control causing injury. They’ve since been interviewed and released on bail as investigations continue. The dog was surrendered by its owner and seized by police.

Police Appeal for Witnesses
