Hit-and-Run Horror in Maidstone Leaves Biker Seriously Injured

Kent Police are urgently hunting for witnesses after a motorcyclist suffered serious leg injuries in a hit-and-run crash with a van on Staceys Street, Maidstone. The smash happened at around 9:54pm on Monday, 17 March 2025.

Driver Flees Scene – Arrest Made

Emergency crews, including the South East Coast Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene. The injured rider was whisked away to a local hospital, but their exact condition remains unknown.

Shocking reports say the van – a white Mitsubishi pickup truck – fled before police arrived. Officers later found the vehicle abandoned on a nearby road.

A local man in his 20s has been arrested but released on bail as the investigation barrels on.
