Man, 25, Arrested for North Harrow Stabbing Murder

Abdul Khan, 25, from Durham Road, Harrow, was snapped up by police on Saturday, 8 July. He faces murder charges alongside possession of an offensive weapon.

Bloodshed on Pinner Road

Officers were scrambled at 6.25am on Saturday to reports of a stabbing on Pinner Road, North Harrow. Emergency teams including the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance rushed to the scene.

A 49-year-old man was found stabbed and sadly died at the scene despite desperate attempts to save him.

Victim Named as Bodhan Vandzhura

Formal ID is pending, but the victim has been named as Bodhan Vandzhura from Harrow. A post-mortem on Sunday confirmed he died from multiple stab wounds to the chest and neck. His family has been informed.

Police Appeal for Witnesses

The Met’s Specialist Crime Command is urging anyone with information to get in touch. Witnesses are asked to call 101 or tweet @MetCC quoting reference CAD1721/8July. Tips can also be made anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

Khan is due to appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 10 July.
