Teacher at ‘Worst’ Birmingham School Faces Shocking Abuse Charges

Muhammad Taimoor, a staff member at one of Birmingham’s worst-rated secondary schools, stands accused of sexually assaulting four young girls.

The victims are aged 14, 15 (two girls), and 16. Disturbingly, some of the alleged attacks happened while Taimoor was on the job.

Serious Charges: Abuse and Trafficking Allegations

Taimoor faces multiple charges, including:

  • Four counts of causing or inciting child sexual exploitation
  • Sexual activity while in a position of trust
  • Two counts of trafficking in the UK

The trafficking charges relate to claims he drove girls around in his car intending to sexually assault them.

Police Action and Court Date Set

Initially arrested on 9 May, Taimoor was released on conditional bail. However, police swooped again in the early hours at his Richmond Road home in Birmingham.

He is due to appear at Birmingham Magistrates Court this Monday.

West Midlands Police Respond

“Our trained officers are supporting pupils at the school, and we are working with partners to ensure safeguarding while the investigation continues,” said West Midlands Police.

“We take allegations of this nature seriously and anyone with concerns should contact the Public Protection unit on 101, extension 8626006.”
