Man Charged with Murder After Kensal Green Stabbing

Cornelius Tully, 50, from Brent’s High Street, was charged with murder on Monday, 23 November. He will appear in custody at Harlesden Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 24 November.

Fatal Stabbing Shakes Kensal Green

Police were called to Harrow Road, Kensal Green, at 2pm on Sunday, 22 November following reports of a stabbing. Emergency services, including the London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance, rushed to the scene.

They found a man, believed to be in his 60s, with critical stab wounds. Sadly, despite desperate efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police Hunt for Victim’s Next of Kin

Detectives are working hard to identify the victim’s next of kin. Enquiries remain ongoing.
