Two More Men Charged in Fatal Enfield Stabbing
Detectives probing the tragic stabbing of 26-year-old James Amadu have slapped fresh charges on two more men. Franklyn Amadu, 23, and Dennis Goxha, 19, both from Enfield, were hit with violent disorder and possession of an offensive weapon offences on Tuesday, 5 November.
Court Dates Set Amid Growing Murder Investigation
Franklyn and Dennis are due to appear in custody at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on 1 and 6 November. Earlier, Romeo Mapeza, 18, and a 15-year-old boy from Enfield were charged with murder on 2 November.
Mapeza also faces charges for possession of a bladed article. Both appeared at Highbury Corner on 4 November and have been remanded to appear at the Old Bailey on 6 November.
Homicide Detectives Continue Intense Investigation
The charges come after a probe by homicide detectives from Specialist Crime, following James Amadu’s death on 31 October. The 26-year-old died at a north London hospital after being stabbed earlier that afternoon on Blossom Lane, Enfield. He was admitted at 2:21pm but could not be saved.
