Man Charged After Fatal Stabbing in Chandos Avenue
Migen Emilova, 35, of no fixed address, was charged on Sunday, 26 March. He is set to appear in custody at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 27 March.
Victim Dies at Scene from Heart Stab Wound
Stefan Stelian Moraru, 44, was found injured in Chandos Avenue around 6am on Monday, 20 March. Sadly, he died at the scene. A post-mortem on Tuesday, 21 March confirmed he succumbed to a stab wound to the heart. His family have been informed and are receiving support from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command.
Three More Men Held in Murder Inquiry
Police also arrested three other men over the murder. Two suspects, aged 46 and 39, remain in police custody at a North London station. A 29-year-old has been bailed while enquiries continue. Detectives are urging anyone with information to come forward.
