Teen Stabbed to Death in Brutal London Street Fight

Tragedy struck on Fernhead Road, W9, late Saturday night when 19-year-old Eltom was fatally stabbed during a violent brawl.

Police rushed to the scene shortly after 10pm on 31 October following reports of a group of young men fighting. Despite emergency crews’ desperate first aid efforts, Eltom died at the scene.

Five Arrested Over Murder

The Met’s Specialist Crime Command swiftly acted, arresting four men and a woman on suspicion of murder. A 20-year-old man was also held at the scene but later released under investigation.

Further arrests followed in November. A 20-year-old man was freed on bail, with a court date set for early December. Three others – a 19-year-old woman, a 21-year-old man, and an 18-year-old man – were arrested later and released on bail pending mid-December hearings.

Witnesses Urged to Speak Up

Detective Inspector Andy McDonald said: “Eltom suffered a fatal stab during an incident involving a larger group on Fernhead Road. We know several were at Chicken Valley on Harrow Road about 30 minutes beforehand. Many used electric scooters to get around.”

“We want anyone who was in these areas between 9pm and 10pm and saw or heard anything suspicious to come forward.”
