A drunken British passenger lost it mid-flight, hurling abuse at flight attendants and ending up with a hefty fine.
Heathrow to Dhaka Flight Turns Ugly
Momnun Ahmed, 35, from east London, was told to keep his clothes on and stop filming during a July 2023 flight from Heathrow to Dhaka. Instead, he blew his top, shouting: “F*** you, I can do anything!”
When warned again not to change clothes or record videos in front of other passengers, Ahmed snapped back: “I’m a British citizen, I can do whatever the f*** I want.”
Fined Nearly £2,000 for Assault and Abuse
- Ahmed denied the charges but was found guilty of assaulting a flight attendant and disorderly behaviour at Uxbridge Magistrates’ Court.
- He was hit with a £1,983 fine for his out-of-control drunken antics.
