Eight Busted in Massive Kent and South London Drug Raids
Police swooped on 15 addresses across south London and Kent in a dawn crackdown, arresting eight men aged 19 to 40. The sting, led by the Met’s South East Basic Command Unit and Territorial Support Group, targeted organised crime linked to drug violence.
Massive Haul of Drugs and Weapons Seized
The raids uncovered a weapons arsenal and a huge stash of drugs, including eight kilos of cannabis, one kilo of Class A substances, a stun gun, CS gas, four firearms plus parts, three imitation guns, and stacks of lock and hunting knives.
The Arrests and Charges
All eight suspects face serious charges ranging from possession of a firearm and conspiracy to supply Class B drugs, to cultivation of cannabis and possession of criminal property after cash and high-value items were seized.

“This operation shows the Met’s zero tolerance for drug violence,” said Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy. “Our work will make communities safer.”
