Crime Spree Hits Snodland and Surrounding Areas!
Between Saturday 8 and Sunday 16 June 2024, eight cars and vans were targeted across Snodland, Leybourne, Wouldham, Halling, and Aylesford. Thieves struck, making off with bank cards, cash, tobacco, and a watch.
Suspect Busted by Tonbridge Crime Team
The Tonbridge Victim Based Crime Team took swift action. They charged a 27-year-old with six counts of theft, two counts of vehicle interference, and criminal damage. But that’s not all – he’s also accused of theft from the Co-op in Peters Village, Wouldham, and the BP Garage in Holborough.
Remanded In Custody Ahead of Court Appearance
The suspect was remanded in custody and will face Medway Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 2 July. Police continue their investigation into the crime wave affecting local motorists.
