Reality TV star and former glamour model Katie Price was arrested at Heathrow Airport on Thursday evening. The 46-year-old arrived back from Turkey, where she underwent a £10,000 facelift, her sixth cosmetic surgery. Police detained her at 7:45 PM after she failed to appear at a bankruptcy court hearing last week.

Price skipped a crucial court date linked to her £760,000 bankruptcy case. Instead, she jetted off to Turkey for surgery, staying in a five-star hotel costing £133 a night. Judge Burton slammed her for “piecemeal cooperation” and failure to disclose basic financial details, prompting an arrest warrant.
Her boyfriend, JJ Slater, along with her 22-year-old son Harvey, remained at the airport to collect luggage after her arrest. Price reportedly asked police to handle the situation with “dignity and protection” for Harvey, concerned about the impact of the arrest on her son.

“I’m not a criminal,” Price wrote this week. “My bankruptcy is due to serious mental health issues and PTSD breakdowns. I am working hard to repay my debts.”
The Metropolitan Police confirmed Price is now in custody at a west London station and will appear in court Friday, August 9.
