Lorry Driver Busted with £33m Cocaine Haul Hidden in Frozen Onion Rings

A lorry driver has been caught red-handed after a colossal 418 kilos of cocaine was uncovered disguised as frozen onion rings. The massive drug load, worth a staggering £33 million on the streets, was seized by Border Force officers last Thursday evening at the UK inbound zone in Coquelles, France.

Polish Driver Charged in Massive Drug Smuggling Case

Piotr Perzenowski, 30, from Mazowieckie, Poland, now faces charges of smuggling Class A drugs. He appeared at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and has been remanded to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on 13 December.
