Yogesh Parmar Busted After Police Track His Car

Yogesh Parmar, 35, was hauled before Swansea Crown Court facing a string of violent, controlling, and sexual offence charges. Cops caught him red-handed on June 17, 2025, after tailing his vehicle. Parmar had to be restrained and handcuffed after turning aggressive during his arrest in Swansea.

Phone Records Expose Relentless Stalking

Detective Constable Lauren Williams laid bare chilling evidence in court as phone logs revealed Parmar’s obsessive behaviour. He placed countless calls to the victim from a withheld number — five calls on March 4, twelve on March 8, and a staggering 32 calls on March 18, 2025. When pressed, Parmar admitted it was “possible” he made the calls.

Secret Phone, Forced Car Trip & Shocking Video

The victim found a secret second phone at their Rosehill Terrace home, sparking fears of cheating. She told police Parmar forced her into his car against her will. Disturbing video footage showed Parmar revving his engine while the terrified victim begged to wear her seatbelt during a drive to Aberystwyth. Parmar claimed he was “very confused” and “trying to make sense of the situation.”

Violence and Intimidation Sparks Courtroom Drama

The victim testified Parmar struck her four times in the face after she suspected more cheating at their Mount Pleasant Square home. She didn’t snap photos because Parmar was “very possessive” of her phone. Emotions ran high as the victim broke down on the stand, forcing the judge to call a break and scold defence lawyer Mr Leathly for “harsh and indirect” questioning.

Mr Leathly blasted Parmar’s character: “He is not a man of good character, of course.”

The jury also heard about Parmar’s prior stalking conviction from August to November 2022.

The trial is ongoing.
