Gloucester Man Charged with Murder After Early Morning Stabbing
Tanaka Zivania, a Gloucester resident, has been charged with the murder of 28-year-old Zanele Sibanda. The tragic stabbing unfolded just before 2 AM on Tuesday at the junction of Paul Street and Tarrington Road.
Fatal Stabbing Shocks Gloucester Community
Emergency services rushed to the scene around 1:45 AM BST after receiving a distress call. They found Zanele Sibanda with suspected stab wounds. Despite desperate attempts to save her, she was pronounced dead at the location.
Suspect Remanded Ahead of Court Appearance
Zivania, who lives on Dora Walk in Gloucester, is now in custody. He is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, August 29, facing murder charges.
