Man Hospitalised After Brutal Assault in Finchley
A man suffered a serious head injury in an attack on Long Lane, Finchley, on Tuesday morning. Emergency teams raced to the scene just before 10:45 AM, including the London Ambulance Service and London’s Air Ambulance.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson confirmed:
“We were called at 10:46 AM today (Tuesday, 4 March) following reports of an assault on Long Lane, Finchley.”
“Our response included an ambulance crew, a paramedic from the tactical response unit, and an incident response officer. London’s Air Ambulance was also dispatched.”
The victim received urgent treatment for his head injury at the scene before being taken to hospital. His condition remains unknown.
Met Police Launch Investigation
The Metropolitan Police have been notified and are investigating the assault. They are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
