Tottenham drug dealer jailed for seven years after massive heroin haul uncovered
Conrad Kingdom, 46, of Tottenham, has been locked up for seven years following his guilty plea to conspiracy to supply Class A drugs. The sentencing came down at Wood Green Crown Court on Friday, 8 February.
Over £1 million worth of heroin seized
Back in April 2018, cops raided properties on Vicarage Road, N17, and Chettle Court, N8. The swoops uncovered a staggering 22kg of heroin, valued at more than £1 million on the street.
In addition, officers found 8 grams of heroin worth £530 and 80 grams of synthetic cannabinoid “Spice” valued at £800.
Others jailed for allowing drug dens
Two others have also been punished for enabling the drug trade by permitting their premises to be used for drug-related activities.
- Julie Ann Morgan, 41, of Chettle Court, was sentenced to 84 days behind bars.
- Tyler Hammond, 24, of Vicarage Road, received 26 weeks in prison.
“Drugs are the main driver of violence in London,” said Detective Inspector Driss Hayoukane of the Trident and Area Crime Command. “Taking over 20kg of heroin off the streets hits the supply hard and will protect the local community from untold misery.”
Kingdom’s hefty sentence sends a clear message: the city’s fight against the drug trade is far from over, but justice is cracking down hard.
