Two Charged with Murder Following Fatal Stabbing in HA5
Andrej Kolecki, 60, from Chaplin Road, Cricklewood, was arrested on Sunday, 26 February, and charged with murder the next day. He appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Monday afternoon and was remanded in custody, scheduled to appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday, 1 March.
Fatal Incident Shocks Howards Close
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at 10:34pm on Monday, 20 February, after reports of an injured man at a property in Howards Close, HA5. Despite paramedics’ efforts, 48-year-old victim Rafal died at the scene.
Specialist officers have informed and are supporting Rafal’s next of kin. A post-mortem revealed multiple blunt-force trauma as the cause of death.
Second Suspect Also Facing Murder Charge
Jakub Molga, also known as Leon Pedrycz, 25, of Romford Road, E7, was charged with murder on Saturday, 27 February. He is set to appear alongside Kolecki at the Old Bailey on 1 March.
