Man Seriously Injured in Brutal New Street Assault

Kent Police raced to New Street at 1.15pm on Thursday, 6 October 2022, after reports of a violent attack. A man in his 40s was found with a serious head injury and airlifted to a London hospital by air ambulance.

Two Arrested Over Shocking Attack

Police arrested two men from Folkestone later that day: a 41-year-old and an 18-year-old, both held on suspicion of assault. The investigation is now being led by Kent and Essex’s Serious Crime Directorate.

Police Appeal for Witnesses
