Justice Served at Winchester Crown Court
De La Cruz, from Robert Keen Close, Southwark, London, faced trial at Winchester Crown Court. He was found guilty of two counts of assault by touching and one count of assault by penetration on the child.
Eight Years Behind Bars Plus Lifetime Restrictions
On 5 February, De La Cruz was slammed with an eight-year prison sentence. The court also slapped him with an indefinite restraining order and a sexual harm prevention order. These measures impose strict controls once he’s released, ensuring he can’t harm anyone again.
