A person has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a dramatic emergency response on Saturday morning in Folkestone.

HART Team and Air Ambulance Rush to the Scene

Paramedics and specialist HART teams from the South East Coast Ambulance Service sprang into action around 10:30 a.m. after the incident at Highfield Industrial Estate. Rapid response teams from Kent, Sussex, and Surrey were scrambled to the scene.

Archers Road Shut for Air Ambulance Landing

The KSS air ambulance landed on Archers Road, which was closed off to allow flying doctors to stabilise the casualty. After urgent on-site treatment, the individual was packaged and flown to King’s College Hospital in London.

Authorities Investigate Incident

Kent Police and ambulance services have been approached for statements as investigations continue into the cause of the incident.
