Flash! Man Caught Flashing on Southampton High Street
Shock on Southampton High Street yesterday afternoon! At around 3.15pm on 24 March, a man exposed himself not once, but THREE times to a passing woman near Dolphin House.
Chased Flower Seller in Disturbing Incident
As if that wasn’t enough, the suspect then chased after an unknown man, believed to be a flower seller in the area.
Suspect Arrested and Released on Bail
Police swooped and arrested a 25-year-old man with no fixed address on suspicion of outraging public decency. He has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Police Plead for Public’s Help
Officers are urging anyone who was nearby at the time to come forward. “If you have mobile or CCTV footage, call us now,” they said.
They are especially keen to speak to the man who was chased, as he may hold crucial evidence.
