Man Seriously Assaulted in New Rossington – Three Arrested
Emergency services scrambled to Grange Road, New Rossington at 8:50am on Thursday after a 40-year-old man was found seriously assaulted.
The victim was rushed to hospital and remains in critical condition.
Three Arrests Made – Man Still in Custody
- A 44-year-old man arrested for attempted murder is still in police custody.
- A 49-year-old man from Doncaster has been released on police bail.
- A 41-year-old Doncaster woman, arrested for assisting an offender, is also on bail.
Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward
“Enquiries are ongoing to build a full picture of the circumstances surrounding this incident,” said Detective Inspector Thomas Bright.
He added: “There will be an increased police presence in the area. I urge anyone with concerns or information to come forward. If you were near Grange Road from 8:30am onwards on Thursday, you might hold vital clues.”
DI Bright is especially keen to hear from anyone with dashcam footage from the scene.
