80s Gran Hurt in Car Crash with Skip Lorry in Berry Brow
A silver Chevrolet Matiz and a blue Iveco skip wagon collided yesterday afternoon on Woodhead Road, Berry Brow, near the Carriage Drive junction.
Serious Injuries but No Life Threat
The Matiz driver, an 85-year-old woman, suffered serious injuries. Thankfully, her condition is not believed to be life-threatening. She was rushed to hospital for treatment.
Skip Lorry Driver Escapes with Minor Injury
The 51-year-old driver of the skip wagon sustained only a minor injury that didn’t require hospital care.
Witnesses Urged to Come Forward
