Police Hunt Stephen Gadd: Sex Offender on the Run After Missing Court Dates
Detectives are urgently seeking help to find Stephen Gadd, 51, who has gone missing amid serious charges. Gadd, currently of no fixed address, faces an indecent exposure charge linked to an incident on Loch Road, Poole, on 17 June 2016.
Wanted for Indecent Exposure and Court No-Shows
Gadd was due in Bournemouth Crown Court on 19 September 2016 to answer the exposure charge. He also failed to appear at Bournemouth Magistrates’ Court on 12 October 2016, where he faced accusations of breaching post-custodial supervision.
Registered Sex Offender Now on the Loose
Stephen Gadd is also wanted for failing to report to a police station, a requirement imposed on him as a registered sex offender. Police have been actively searching for him since his no-shows in court.
Detective Inspector Andy Roberts said: “We have been making numerous active enquiries since Stephen Gadd’s failure to appear at court in order to locate him. I am now releasing his photograph in the hope that someone will know his whereabouts. Although we have no information to suggest he is an immediate danger to the public, I would ask that anyone who sees Stephen does not approach him, but contacts the police immediately.”
Anyone with information is urged to come forward to help police track down Stephen Gadd.
