Second Man Arrested Over Woman’s Mysterious Death in Crowborough

Police have swooped again in the chilling case of a woman found dead in Crowborough. A 37-year-old man from Crawley was arrested early on Friday (20 December) on suspicion of murder.

Tragic Discovery in Rotherfield

The body of Nelly Myers was discovered at a home in Court Meadow Close, Rotherfield, on Wednesday evening (18 December). The shocking find has rocked the quiet local community.

Investigation Ongoing as Suspects Held

Detective Chief Inspector Alex Geldart, from the Surrey and Sussex Major Crime Team, confirmed: “We have arrested a second man in connection with the murder.” Both suspects remain in police custody as inquiries continue.

He added: “This appears to be an isolated incident. We are grateful for the public’s information and ask the local community to bear with us during this difficult time.”
