Police are hunting witnesses after a vicious assault near Westerham’s High Street left a young man with a critical head injury. The attack happened just before midnight on Friday, December 20, close to Fullers Hill by the Westerham Club.

Witnesses say the victim was punched following a heated argument between two groups at the George and Dragon pub earlier that night. Emergency crews rushed the man to a London hospital, where he remains in a critical condition.
