Designer Heist Shocker: Burglar Faces Crown Court Over Margate Theft
A suspected burglar is set to face crown court for a daring daylight raid on a Margate home, where high-end designer goods were stolen.

On the afternoon of Thursday 21 November 2019, Kent Police swooped on a Margate shop after staff reported suspicious customers trying to sell a stolen Rolex watch. Officers quickly moved in, arresting two people and recovering a haul of stolen items including the luxury watch, two handbags, and sunglasses.
Suspect Bailed, Main Man Remanded
- A 22-year-old man from Ramsgate was released on bail until 16 December.
- Meanwhile, 39-year-old Keiran Wade, of Alma Road, Ramsgate, was charged with burgling a Waverley Road property on 20 November.
- Wade appeared at canterbury/" title="Canterbury" data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">Canterbury Magistrates’ Court on 23 November and was remanded in custody.
The case is set for its next hearing at Canterbury Crown Court on 23 December 2019.
