A 15-year-old boy has been found guilty of murdering software engineer Ian Kirwan after a brutal stabbing at an Asda in Redditch.
Teen Jailed for Fatal Asda Stabbing
The court heard Ian Kirwan was stabbed in the chest following a fight outside the supermarket. The teenager has now been convicted of his murder.
Other Teens Escape Murder Charges
Three other youths, two aged 14 and one 16, were cleared of murder and manslaughter but convicted of violent disorder.
One Teen Fully Acquitted
A fifth boy, aged 16, walked free after being acquitted of all charges. The judge accepted he wasn’t involved in the deadly fight and couldn’t have foreseen what happened.
