Two Arrested After Stabbing in Faversham
Two suspects are set to face court following a brutal assault in Faversham. Police were called to St Paul’s Avenue on the evening of Wednesday, January 25, after a 19-year-old man was found injured with wounds, including a stab wound. The victim was rushed to a London hospital and is now in serious but stable condition.
Suspects in Custody
On January 28 and 30, a teenage boy and an 18-year-old man were arrested. The suspects are believed to have known the victim. Kai Theodule, 18, from Maple Gardens, Canterbury, and a 17-year-old youth have been charged with intentional wounding. Theodule also faces charges for carrying a bladed article in public. Both remain in custody ahead of their court appearance at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on January 31.
Police Appeal for Witnesses
Detectives are urging anyone with information to step forward. Drivers with dashcam footage and residents with CCTV are especially encouraged to review their recordings for any relevant evidence.
