Shock as 13-year-old boy beaten up on South Street, Romford!
Three Held Over Brutal Attack
Police moved fast after a teenage boy was assaulted on South Street last night. The 13-year-old suffered a nasty facial injury and was rushed to hospital. Thankfully, medics say his wounds aren’t life-threatening or permanent.
Officers have arrested two 15-year-old boys and a 25-year-old man in connection with the attack. All three remain in custody, suspected of causing grievous bodily harm. Details on the third suspect are still under wraps.
Knife Found as Police Hunt Evidence
The following day, cops sealed off part of South Street, searching near a drain. They recovered a pocket knife believed to be linked to the assault.

“Three people have been arrested following an assault in Romford,” police said. “Officers arrived shortly after 8.20pm on Thursday, 25 September, responding to reports of an assault on South Street. The 13-year-old victim was treated at the scene and taken to hospital where his injuries were assessed as non-life-threatening or life-changing.
