Man Dies After Serious Attack in Hambrook – Three Arrested for Murder
A 47-year-old man was found seriously injured on Marlpit Lane at around 11:10am on Saturday, July 23. Despite being rushed to hospital, he tragically died two days later, on Monday, July 25.
Three Men Arrested and Charged
Police acted fast, arresting Joseph Butler, 22, of Priors Leaze Lane, Hambrook; Tarin Hopkins, 20, of Common Road, Hambrook; and Thomas Goldring, 20, of Lockerley Road, Havant. All three have now been charged with murder and are in custody.
The suspects face a preliminary hearing on Monday, August 1 at Crawley Magistrates’ Court.
