Tracker Leads Police to Stolen Cars

Kent Police swooped on three suspects after a stolen Range Rover’s tracker pinged in Queenborough. At 5.15pm on Thursday 27 April 2023, officers zeroed in on the vehicle, which was stolen earlier in Essex.

Second Stolen Range Rover Found Stripped

The hunt led cops to Rushenden Road, where they discovered a different Range Rover, partially stripped, stashed inside an industrial unit. This one was reported stolen from London.

Three Arrested, Vehicles Recovered

  • Two men arrested on suspicion of theft at the scene.
  • A third suspect, who bolted as police arrived, was caught shortly after.
  • The original Range Rover with the activated tracker was found in another nearby unit.

The trio, two from Maidstone and one from Kings Lynn, Norfolk, are now in custody as police launch a full investigation into the brazen car thefts.
