Tragedy on A13: Three Dead in Horror East London Crash
Three lives were cut short in a horrific smash on the A13 in east London. Victims Sachin Kalia, 19, Davina Kaur Ruprah, 24, and Kiranjeet Sagoo, 36 – all from Essex – died instantly after their car skidded on surface water and slammed into a stationary van near Wennington Marshes, Rainham. The crash happened just after 10pm on July 15.
Deadly Collision Followed Earlier Van Crash
The trio was driving westbound when their vehicle lost control. It hit a van that had already been involved in a prior accident. Police were alerted to the first collision but hadn’t yet arrived when this fatal crash occurred.
Inquest Opens as Coroner Seeks Answers
At Walthamstow Coroner’s Court, Area Coroner Nadia Persaud demanded a full investigation, including a police collision report. Concerns have been raised over the road conditions that might have played a role. The coroner has requested info on potential defects in the area.
