East London Teens Stabbed in Broad Daylight Attack
Police are probing a shocking stabbing on East London’s Clichy estate after two Bangladeshi teenagers were attacked by a group of Black youths just after 3.30pm on Monday.
Gang Launches Brutal Assault Outside Flats
Emergency services, including the London Air Ambulance, rushed to Wellesley Street following reports of a violent fight. Piles of clothing and a large bloodstain were left near the flats’ entrance, showing the savage nature of the attack.
A stunned local said a gang of five youths charged at the two unarmed boys as they left their building in a daylight assault.
Police Lock Down Estate Amid Ongoing Investigation
The Clichy estate remains under police lockdown as officers continue their work. The Met Police confirmed:
“Police were called at 3.49pm to Wellesley Street, Stepney E1, following reports of youths fighting. Two males with stab injuries were found and taken to hospital. One victim’s injuries are not life-threatening. We are awaiting an update on the second.”
No arrests have been made yet. Witnesses or anyone with information are urged to call 101 referencing CAD 4963.
