Brutal Bottle Attack in SE5 Leaves Two Men Injured
Violent Assault Rocks Warner Road
Police rushed to Warner Road, SE5, at around 5.35pm on Sunday, 13 June after reports of a brutal assault. Officers and ambulance crews found two men injured at the scene.
Man in 50s Hospitalised After Bottle Attack
The first victim, a man in his 50s, suffered a nasty head injury after being hit with a bottle. He was rushed to hospital and remains under care.
Two Arrested on Suspicion of GBH
- The injured man was arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm (GBH) and possession of an offensive weapon.
- A second man in his 30s, who got cuts to his hands, was also hospitalised and later arrested on suspicion of GBH. He has since been bailed until late July.
