Camberwell Couple Jailed for Brutal Southwark Assault

Serious Assault Leaves Man Fighting for Life

Cecil Phillips and Tarnia Piasecki, both from Warner Road, Camberwell, have been locked up for a violent attack in Southwark. The pair were found guilty of Section 18 grievous bodily harm last September after leaving a man seriously injured.

Sentenced at Kingston Crown Court

Although cleared of attempted murder, the duo couldn’t escape the law. On January 22, Kingston Crown Court sentenced Phillips to a hefty 18 years behind bars, while Piasecki was handed 10 years.

This brutal assault sent shockwaves through the community and now justice has finally been served.
