Two Held After Swindon Shooting Leaves Man Seriously Injured

Two suspects have been arrested following a shooting near Sackville Close, Swindon, on Thursday night (23/03). A 45-year-old man was left with a serious gunshot wound and rushed to hospital.

Teen and Young Man in Custody

A 17-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man are currently in police custody, both arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.

This comes after a 24-year-old man was also arrested earlier on the same charge but has since been released on conditional bail.

Police Urge Witnesses to Come Forward

The shooting happened at around 9.15pm near Sackville Close. Police are appealing for anyone who saw anything to get in touch.
