Huddersfield Duo Charged Over Deadly Gun Discharge
Leon Flynn, 37, from Kirkstone Avenue, Huddersfield, and Harley McCluskey, 24, of Sheepridge Road, appeared before Leeds Magistrates Court on Friday, March 4. Both face serious charges of possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
Gun Fired on Ridgeway, No Injuries
The pair are linked to a firearm discharged on Ridgeway, Dalton, Huddersfield, on the afternoon of January 7. Fortunately, no one was injured during the terrifying incident.
Remanded in Custody Ahead of Crown Court Hearing
Flynn and McCluskey were both remanded in custody and are set to appear before Leeds Crown Court. West Yorkshire Police Protective Services Crime Unit continues to investigate the case.
