Stolen Car Abandoned Near Rochester Road
The hot pursuit ended when the car was found abandoned near Rochester Road. Investigations quickly revealed it was reported stolen, adding fuel to the police’s suspicion.
Canine Cliff Tracks Fleeing Suspects
With Police Dog Cliff on the scent, officers scoured nearby fields. By 1am, the bloodhound had tracked down two suspects lurking in a field.
Two Teens Busted, Bailed, Awaiting Further Action
The pair, aged 17 and 19 from Abbey Wood, London, were arrested on suspicion of theft, dangerous driving and failing to stop for police.
Both suspects are currently out on bail as inquiries continue.
