Two Arrested in Swale Crime Crackdown
On Sunday 26 January, officers from the Swale Victim Based Crime Team swooped on suspects Shelly Earnshaw, 30, and Gentinia Bignall, 44.
Earshaw Jailed, Bignall Remanded
- Shelly Earnshaw, from Greenways, Sittingbourne, faced nine theft charges. On Tuesday 28 February, she pleaded guilty at Medway Magistrates’ Court and was sentenced to 200 days behind bars.
- Gentinia Bignall, of Thistle Walk, Sittingbourne, was slapped with 12 theft charges, plus two assaults and a public order offence. She didn’t enter a plea and remains in custody. Her next court date is Tuesday 7 March.
