An 18-year-old has been arrested after a woman was stabbed in the leg outside Poundland in Eastbourne.
Knife Attack Sparks Chaos Outside Poundland
Emergency crews raced to Terminus Road at around 8.30pm on Monday, 15 December, following reports of a stabbing.
The victim, a woman in her 20s, was rushed to hospital but has since been discharged. Her injuries were serious but thankfully not life-threatening.
Suspect Held by Police
Police have detained an 18-year-old local man on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. He remains in custody as detectives dig deeper into the incident.
