A police officer was stabbed in the arm and neck while responding to an assault in Lewisham, south-east London. The 31-year-old officer suffered non-life-threatening injuries after attending a home just after 12:30am on Monday.
Venice Burgess Faces Multiple Charges
Venice Burgess, from Courthill Road, Lewisham, was injured during the incident and has now been charged with attempted murder. She will appear at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday.
