Cop Stabbed in Lewisham! Woman Charged with Attempted Murder
A police officer was stabbed in the arm and neck while on duty in south-east London. The 31-year-old attacker, Venice Burgess, has been slapped with attempted murder charges.
Attack Happened During Assault Call
The officer was rushing to a reported assault at a Lewisham home just after 12.30am on Monday when he was ambushed. He suffered non-life threatening stab wounds but thankfully remains stable.

- Actual bodily harm
- Criminal damage
