Drink-Driver Named After Crash on A34 Clayton Bypass
Police have charged Joanne Copestick, 49, following a two-vehicle smash on the A34 Clayton Bypass in Congleton.
Crash Details
The crash happened shortly after 4pm on Saturday. Emergency teams rushed to the scene where Copestick was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
A passenger was taken to hospital for checks, but their injuries are still unknown. Police have not revealed further details about the condition of those involved.
