Pervert Flashes Kids at Leybourne Lakes
Two children walking a dog were shocked when a man allegedly flashed them at Leybourne Lakes country park. The incident happened at around 2.45pm on Monday, 1 March 2021 near New Hythe Lane.
Suspect Description
The man is described as white, aged 40 to 50, about 5ft 7in tall, with an average build. He has brown and grey hair, wore a dark blue ski jacket, denim jeans, and possibly white trainers. He also sported glasses and was carrying a mobile phone.
Police Hunt for Witnesses
Investigating officer PC Lottie Bishop urged anyone who recognises the man or saw anything suspicious to come forward. She said:
“We would like to speak to anyone who recognises the man or was in the area around the time of the incident and who may have seen anything suspicious. Our officers are also asking local residents and businesses to check any CCTV or doorbell cameras for important footage.”
