Gunshots Rip Through Camden BBQ, Four Injured
Chaos erupted at a Camden BBQ when gunmen opened fire into a crowd just before 11.10pm on Saturday, 14 August. Up to five unknown males suddenly arrived at Clarence Gardens, NW1, and indiscriminately shot, injuring four people.
Victims Recovering After Camden Shooting
Police and paramedics rushed to the scene. The victims – a 19-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl, a 28-year-old man, and a 73-year-old woman – are all hospitalised but their injuries are not life-threatening.
Police Launch Appeal for Witnesses
“We thoroughly investigate every shooting in London – every incident and every weapon on our streets is of great concern to us,” said DS Val John-Baptiste of Specialist Crime North. “I need to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or saw anything suspicious in and around Clarence Gardens.”
At this stage, no arrests have been made. A crime scene is in place and police presence remains high as the investigation unfolds.
